Hannah totally forgot it was her birthday on Friday. We sent her out for errands with James and then decorated the house with balloons, cake, presents and a banner and when she got home for lunch surprised her. She didn't believe us! I think having a birthday in the summer instead of winter threw her off. This is Hannah talking to Granma Margaret on her birthday.A week later she had her birthday party with her friends and took four friends horse back riding for an hours trek in the woods. She has always wanted to ride for her birthday and finally can here as it is warm enough in January. Hannah then had her friends and their families back to the house for games (which she invented....pillow run, basketer). Hannah always teaches us that it is good to say 'yes' sometimes as I had my doubts about the games but they turned out to be tremendous fun.
