As a family we figure out a new way to travel...each new town we first head to the visitor's centre (which in NZ are fabulous). Everyone collects brochures of what they want to do. We take them home and everyone picks their top three and we see what we have in common and see if everyone can get their first pick....so here is James' first pick...He didn't get to surf in Australia as his tendon was strong enough. The waves here were much gentler than Byron Bay on Australia's Sunshine Coast and the two of them loved lolling about in the water learning to talk like a surfer.
